A New Year That Shines
23 January – 10 February 2026

 

A. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the promotions, the participant must fulfil all of the following criteria:

  1. The participant must be 18 years and above (as at the commencement date of the Promotion Period) and be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or foreigner with a Singapore mailing address;
  2. The participant must present his/her original receipt(s) on the same day of purchase at Shaw Centre Redemption Counter at Level 2 from 11:30 a.m, with the last redemption to be made at no later than 9:30 p.m.
  3. Valid and original receipts should include the date of purchase, store name, receipt number and the item purchased from the respective wishlist.
  4. Redemption is allowed only if the participant is physically present. Redemption on behalf of another person, whether by presenting the other person’s NRIC or other identification or otherwise, is not allowed.
  5. The participant must provide his/her particulars for the redemption at Shaw Centre Redemption Counter Level 2.
  6. Items purchased must be from the stores located in Shaw Centre and Shaw House (excluding Polo Ralph Lauren and Shaw Theatres). Receipts presented must be issued by stores in Shaw Centre (excluding Polo Ralph Lauren and Shaw Theatres) and Shaw House (including Isetan). Receipts generated from online purchases or collection chits will not be accepted.

The following persons are not eligible to participate:

  1. Management and employees of the Organiser, Shaw Centre, and Isetan, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, legal guardian, child or sibling, and their respective spouses);
  2. Management and employees of tenants / stores at or of Shaw Centre, and Isetan. Such persons are also not allowed to submit any lucky draw entries or redeem on behalf of customers; and
  3. The Organiser’s advertising agencies, auditors and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw and redemption.
  4. Not applicable for ATM receipts, credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases.
  5. E-receipts will not be accepted.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Draw and redemption in its sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any notice and/or reason.

B. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The qualifying period for the campaign is from 23 January – 10 February 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to change the Promotion Period at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

C. GIFT WITH PURCHASE REDEMPTION

Participation is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in the Draw and redemption, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications thereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the T&Cs may result in disqualification of a participant from the Draw and redemption in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor.

The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend the T&Cs or suspend, cancel or terminate the Draw and redemption at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

The Fortune Gallop
Stand a chance to win more than $8,888 in prizes.

  • – Participants must spend a minimum of $80 on a single receipt at Shaw Centre or Isetan to be eligible to participate.
  • – By participating in this promotion, entrants stand a chance to win:

  • – Entries from Shaw Centre and Shaw Plaza will be combined for this raffle
  • – The same receipt can be used one (1) more time for one (1) redemption for Rewards that Shine.

Enjoy festive privileges when you shop at Shaw Centre and Shaw House. All redemptions are limited to one (1) per shopper per day, while stocks last.

  • – Spend a minimum of $288 in a maximum of two (2) combined same-day receipts, with at least one (1) receipt from Shaw Centre, to redeem a Pair of Movie Vouchers.
  • – Eligible receipts can also be used for The Fortune Gallop.
  • – While stocks last.
  • – One redemption per shopper per day.

    Festive Orange Bag

  • – Spend a minimum of $188 in a maximum of two (2) combined same-day receipts, with at least one (1) receipt from Shaw Centre, to redeem a Mandarin Orange Bag
  • – Eligible receipts can also be used for The Fortune Gallop.
  • – While stocks last.
  • – One redemption per shopper per day.

  Shaw Exclusive Red Packets

  • – Spend a minimum of $80 in a single same-day receipt or $108 in a single same-day receipt at Isetan to redeem one (1) pack of Shaw Exclusive Red Packets
  • – Eligible receipts can also be used for The Fortune Gallop.
  • – While stocks last.
  • – One redemption per shopper per day.

Shaw Centre Receipts

  • – Items purchased must be from the stores located in Shaw Centre.
  • – Receipts from 67 Pall Mall are included in this promotion.
  • – Tenants and staff from Shaw Centre and Isetan are not entitled to participate in this promotion and not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.
  • – Valid for one (1) redemption per shopper per day.
  • – All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. The prizes are strictly not exchangeable.

Polo Ralph Lauren and Shaw Theatres receipts are EXCLUDED from this promotion.

Isetan Receipts:

D. PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER NOTES:

  1. Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organisers and their related corporations in accordance with their respective privacy policies for various purposes, including verification and to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, to send to the participant marketing information on products and services offered by the Organisers.
  2. The Organisers may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the participant for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in publications, presentations, promotional materials on the websites of the Organisers or their respective related corporations, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest or otherwise, without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the participant or any other person; and
  3. All prizes are strictly not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reasons.
  4. The Organisers, may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the prizes with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time or terminate this Promotion without prior notice.
  5. The Organiser’s decisions in all matters relating to this contest are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  6. By participating in the promotion, each participant represents and warrants that: (a) he/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to (b) the T&Cs and that he/she is contracting in his/her own personal capacity; (c) he/she is a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or foreigner with a Singapore mailing address; and all information provided at the time of his/her lucky draw entry is true, accurate and complete.
  7. Participants must ensure that they submit their full name as per their NRIC or other form of official identification to facilitate identification / verification in respect of the Draw. Incomplete or inaccurate lucky draw entries will be deemed to be invalid.

Exclusion of Liability

  1. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any lucky draw entries lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to any reason whatsoever. Further, the Organiser shall not be liable for any technical, hardware or software failure or incompatibility of any kind that may in any way affect any received entry. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received or for any reasons.
  2. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss), damage, personal injury or death howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Draw, the T&Cs (or any of the matters contemplated herein) or any prize, whether for breach of contract, tort or other cause of action, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  3. All prizes are subject to their respective terms of use (if any). Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions shall apply to the Draw or any prize, and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize. All warranty claims in regard to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to the Contest and/or the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.
  4. By participating in the Draw, participants agree and undertake to, at all times, fully indemnify and hold the Entities and the sponsors for the Draw (if applicable) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, injuries, claims, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, fines and penalties, howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Draw, acceptance or usage of any prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of the T&Cs and/or any applicable law
