Terms and Conditions 

A. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the promotions, the participant must fulfil all of the following criteria:

1. The participant must be 18 years and above (as at the commencement date of the Promotion Period) and be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or foreigner with a Singapore mailing address;
2. The participant must present his/her original receipt(s) and his/her photo ID on the same day of purchase at Shaw Centre Level 2 from 11:30am, with the last redemption to be made at no later than 9:30pm.
3. Valid and original receipts should include the date of purchase, store name, receipt number and the item purchased from the respective store. 
4. Redemption of lucky draw chances is allowed only if the participant is physically present. Redemption on behalf of another person, whether by presenting the other person’s NRIC or other identification or otherwise, is not allowed.
5. The participant must provide his/her particulars for the Draw and Redemption at Shaw Centre Level 2. Lucky draw entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period shall be considered invalid and will not be entertained.
6. Items purchased must be from the stores located in Shaw Centre or Isetan. Receipts presented must be issued by stores in Shaw Centre or Isetan. Receipts generated from online purchases or collection chits will not be accepted.

The following persons are not eligible to participate:

1. Management and employees of the Organiser, Shaw Centre, and Isetan, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, legal guardian, child or sibling, and their respective spouses);
2. Management and employees of tenants / stores at or of Shaw Centre, and Isetan. Such persons are also not allowed to submit any lucky draw entries or redeem on behalf of customers; and
3. The Organiser’s advertising agencies, auditors and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw and redemption.
4. Not applicable for ATM receipts, credit top-up, bill payments, medical receipts, gift cards and voucher purchases.  
5. E-receipts will not be accepted.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Draw and redemption in its sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any notice and/or reason.

B. CAMPAIGN  PERIOD

The qualifying period for the campaign is from 8 January 2025 to 26 January 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to change the Promotion Period at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

C. GIFT WITH PURCHASE REDEMPTION

Participation is subject to these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in the Draw and redemption, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications thereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on this webpage. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the T&Cs may result in disqualification of a participant from the Draw and redemption in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed in the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion and without furnishing any reason therefor.

The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend the T&Cs or suspend, cancel or terminate the Draw and redemption at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice and without liability to any party.

Golden Moments Grand Draw

• Spend a minimum of $30 in a single same-day receipt at Shaw Centre, or $50 in a single same-day receipt at Isetan during the campaign period to join.
• Winners will be drawn from a combined pool of entries from Shaw Centre and Shaw Plaza.
• By participating in this promotion, entrants stand a chance to win:

1. 1. Each eligible purchase receipt entitles the holder to one raffle entry.
   2. Multiple entry forms can be redeemed per day.
   3. Receipts must be dated within the promotion period to qualify for participation.
   4. The entry form must be completed with accurate and complete information to be considered valid.
   5. The winner will have to claim their prize at Shaw Centre.
   6. Single same-day receipts only.
   7. For any purchase paid by instalments, the participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) lucky draw chance if the Qualifying Amount and other eligibility criteria herein are met, regardless of the total purchase amount.
   8. No splitting of receipts from a single store is allowed. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipt or purchase in its sole and absolute discretion in the event that it suspects or is of the opinion that any participant is involved in such an act.
   9. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts or purchases made by participants before granting any lucky draw entries.
   10. The prizes are strictly not exchangeable.
   11. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, cancel, add to or alter any prize offered without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. 
   12. This raffle is a joint event with Shaw Plaza. Four winners will be randomly selected from the combined entries received from both Shaw Plaza and Shaw Centre.

Winner Notification

1. 1. The winners will be notified through the contact information provided in the raffle entry form. 
   2. Should any winner fail to claim his/her prize within 30 days after the date of notification to him/her and/or is ineligible to claim his/her prize (as determined by the Organiser in its sole and absolute discretion) for any reason, the prize will be forfeited without any compensation and a reserve winner may be drawn by the Organiser.
   3. The Organiser reserves the right to revoke any winner’s entitlement to any prize if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements or has breached any of the T&Cs, notwithstanding that an announcement or notification may have been made indicating that person as the winner.
   4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Where applicable, no extension to the validity period of any prize shall be allowed. Participants are solely responsible, and the Organiser accepts no responsibility, for any tax or other liability that may arise from prize winnings

Shop & Shine

• Spend $58 ($88 at Isetan)²: A Tarte Voucher to sweeten your haul. Same-day single receipt.
• Spend $108³: A Mandarin Orange Bag to bring home the glow. 2 same-day combined receipts, one must be from Shaw Centre.
• Spend $258³: A Pair of Movie Vouchers for a reel-good time. 2 same-day combined receipts, one must be from Shaw Centre.

1. 1. Valid for one (1) redemption per shopper per day.
   2. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last, regardless of total amount spent. The prizes are strictly not exchangeable. 
   3. Shopper will also be able to participate in Golden Moments Grand Draw with the same receipt.

D. PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER NOTES: 

1. Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organisers and their related corporations in accordance with their respective privacy policies for various purposes, including verification and to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Draw and redemption, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, to send to the participant marketing information on products and services offered by the Organisers.
2. The Organisers may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the participant for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in publications, presentations, promotional materials on the websites of the Organisers or their respective related corporations, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest or otherwise, without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the participant or any other person; and
3. All prizes are strictly not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reasons.
4. The Organisers, may at its discretion, at any time replace or substitute the prizes with any other of equal value, and reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time or terminate this Promotion without prior notice.
5. The Organiser’s decisions in all matters relating to this contest are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. By participating in the promotion, each participant represents and warrants that:
   • he/she is at least 18 years old and has the necessary legal capacity, right, power and authority to agree to
   • the T&Cs and that he/she is contracting in his/her own personal capacity;
   • he/she is a Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident or foreigner with a Singapore mailing address;and all information provided at the time of his/her lucky draw entry is true, accurate and complete. 
7. Participants must ensure that they submit their full name as per their NRIC or other form of official identification to facilitate identification / verification in respect of the Draw. Incomplete or inaccurate lucky draw entries will be deemed to be invalid.

Exclusion of Liability

1. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any lucky draw entries lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or undelivered due to any reason whatsoever. Further, the Organiser shall not be liable for any technical, hardware or software failure or incompatibility of any kind that may in any way affect any received entry. The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received or for any reasons.
2. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss), damage, personal injury or death howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Draw, the T&Cs (or any of the matters contemplated herein) or any prize, whether for breach of contract, tort or other cause of action, save for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 
3. All prizes are subject to their respective terms of use (if any). Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions shall apply to the Draw or any prize, and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize. All warranty claims in regard to a prize should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to the Contest and/or the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.
4. By participating in the Draw, participants agree and undertake to, at all times, fully indemnify and hold the Entities and the sponsors for the Draw (if applicable) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, injuries, claims, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis), expenses, fines and penalties, howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Draw, acceptance or usage of any prize, and/or any breach or purported breach of the T&Cs and/or any applicable law
